Maharaja Sawai Ishwari Singh (1721 – 12 December 1750) was the Maharaja of Jaipur from 1743 to 1750. He was the eldest son of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur. His reign was largely characterized by internal strife and wars of succession, particularly against his younger half-brother Madho Singh I, who was supported by the Maharana of Udaipur and the Marathas. Despite initial victories, such as at the Battle of Rajmahal, the constant pressure from Maratha incursions and internal dissent led to a tragic end. He is also known for commissioning the Isar Lat (Sargasuli), a victory tower in Jaipur, after one of his military successes. His rule was a turbulent period for the Kachwaha dynasty of Jaipur.
