While Village Leadership Academy's physical campus is based in Chicago, its educational philosophy incorporates a strong global perspective. The curriculum encourages students to understand international social justice issues and their interconnectedness. VLA's program includes global travel experiences for middle school students, designed to broaden their horizons, foster cross-cultural understanding, and develop them into globally-minded leaders.
