HQ Function

Serves as the primary administrative hub and also houses 'Family Place Santa Monica,' one of UBH's key emergency shelter and transitional housing programs. It coordinates overall operations, fundraising, direct services for families, and program management.

A multi-functional facility that combines administrative offices with direct service provision space, including temporary housing units for families, counseling rooms, and common areas. Designed to be welcoming and supportive for families in crisis.
