Serves as the primary food distribution center, volunteer hub, and administrative headquarters for NTFB's operations across its 13-county service area. It facilitates receiving, sorting, packing, and distributing food.

The Perot Family Campus is a state-of-the-art, 300,000+ square-foot facility featuring a massive volunteer engagement center (Jan Pruitt Community Pantry), extensive warehouse space with advanced refrigeration and freezer capacity, a community garden, and demonstration kitchen. It includes the Cockrell Mercantile, a client-choice pantry.
