It is co-located with the Community First! Village, which is its primary operational site for housing and community services.

Village itself, encompassing micro-homes, tiny homes, RVs, community gardens, an outdoor movie theater (Community Cinema), medical and mental health facilities (Goodness R·x), art studios, a market, and communal kitchens and gathering spaces. The Genesis Gardens on-site provide fresh produce.
