LSM-ICU is an interdisciplinary research centre within the Louvain School of Management (LSM) at UCLouvain. It is part of the Louvain Research Institute in Management and Organisations (LOURIM). LSM-ICU is dedicated to the design, development, and evaluation of user-centred IT artifacts. Core research areas include usability, user experience (UX), human-computer interaction (HCI), and socio-technical systems. The centre aims to bridge the gap between technological innovation and genuine user needs, fostering the creation of IT systems that are effective, efficient, engaging, and ethically sound.
