INJAZ is a Jordanian non-profit organization, established in 2001 as an independent entity under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, after being launched as a Save the Children project in 1999. It is dedicated to inspiring and preparing youth to become productive members of society and succeed in the global economy. Through volunteer-led experiential learning programs in work readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, INJAZ bridges the gap between education and the workforce, empowering young Jordanians with essential skills for their future careers and ventures. They collaborate extensively with schools, universities, the private sector, and governmental bodies to deliver impactful programs across all twelve governorates of Jordan, reaching hundreds of thousands of students.
Serves as the central operational hub for INJAZ Jordan, coordinating program development, volunteer management, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and administrative functions for activities across all governorates of Jordan.
A modern office facility designed to foster collaboration, learning, and innovation. It likely includes training rooms and versatile spaces for workshops and meetings to support its educational mission and engagement with youth and volunteers.
Characterized by a dynamic, mission-driven, and collaborative environment deeply focused on youth empowerment and societal impact. The culture encourages innovation, teamwork, dedication, and a strong commitment to achieving INJAZ's strategic goals for youth development.
The headquarters is pivotal for orchestrating INJAZ's nationwide efforts to equip young Jordanians with vital 21st-century skills, effectively connecting the education system with the evolving demands of the labor market and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
INJAZ Jordan's primary operational focus is within the Kingdom of Jordan. However, it holds a significant role as a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network dedicated to youth economic empowerment across 13 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). INJAZ Al-Arab is, in turn, part of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, one of the largest global non-governmental organizations serving youth. This affiliation connects INJAZ Jordan to a vast global network, providing access to internationally acclaimed programs, best practices, and a worldwide community committed to fostering youth entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.
