HQ Function

Serves as the central administrative hub for the entire EPL system, overseeing operations, strategic planning, collections management, and system-wide services. It's also the flagship and largest library branch.

Notable Features:

State-of-the-art facility post-renovation (reopened 2020), featuring a large digital interactive wall (The Wall), children's library (The Kitchen), makerspaces (FabLab & The Makerspace), recording studios, a gaming zone (The Gamers' Lodge), an Indigenous gathering space (PÎYÊSÎW WÂSKÂHIKAN - Thunderbird House), a theatre, and a café. Architecturally distinct with its zinc-panelled, angular modern facade.
