The East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) is a non-profit organization offering free legal services to low-income residents of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in California. As the community-based clinical program for UC Berkeley School of Law, EBCLC combines direct legal services with policy advocacy and community education.
