College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that empowers students from underserved communities to graduate from college. The program works to remove the academic, financial, and social-emotional barriers that prevent students from earning their bachelor’s degrees by providing a 10-year commitment of holistic support. This includes academic support, leadership training, financial and college advising, and socio-emotional development, starting from the summer before 9th grade through college graduation. College Track's mission is to ensure students have the skills, resources, and supportive community needed to succeed in higher education and beyond, ultimately breaking cycles of poverty.
The National Headquarters serves as the central administrative, strategic planning, and operational hub for College Track's nationwide network of centers. It supports functions such as national program development, fundraising, finance, human resources, communications, and executive leadership.
Modern office facilities designed to support collaboration and administrative functions, located in a central urban area with access to public transportation and local amenities. The space facilitates both internal operations and engagement with Bay Area partners.
Mission-driven, collaborative, and student-centered, with a strong emphasis on educational equity, innovation in program delivery, and achieving measurable outcomes for students. The environment fosters dedication and passion among staff committed to social impact.
Serves as the strategic and operational core for a national non-profit, guiding program development, resource allocation, and advocacy efforts that impact thousands of students across the country. Its Bay Area location places it within a vibrant ecosystem of education, philanthropy, and social innovation.
College Track's operations are currently focused within the United States. It operates centers in California (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Sacramento), Colorado (Denver Metro Area), Louisiana (New Orleans), and the Washington D.C. Metro Area. The organization is dedicated to serving students from underserved communities within these specific US regions and does not have international operational centers for direct service delivery. Its model, however, contributes to global discussions on educational equity and college access.
